Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you watching, not chasing invoices. Here is exactly how refunds work.
Your statutory right to cancel (UK & EU customers)
Because you buy online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. By asking us to activate your line straight away you are expressly requesting that the service begins during that period; if you then cancel, we may keep a proportionate amount for the days you had access and refund the rest. Where our own promises below are more generous than the statutory right, the more generous one applies.
24-hour refund window
If the service does not work for you, request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and we will return your payment in full.
7-day money-back guarantee
Annual plans carry an extended 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within seven days of purchase and we will process the refund.
What is not covered
Refunds do not apply to problems caused by third-party player applications, an unstable or throttled internet connection, or hardware faults on your device. We will always try to fix the issue with you first.
Cancelling your subscription
Plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel mid-term. Simply choose not to renew when your term ends, or tell us and we will close the line.
How to cancel or request a refund
There is no account area to navigate and no auto-renewal to stop. Email Support@Prototype-template.com with the email address used at purchase and a short description of the problem, and say clearly that you want to cancel or be refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 working days and always within 14 days of us accepting the request.
If we cannot agree
StreamLogo Media Ltd is registered in England and Wales and this policy is governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights. If you are unhappy with how we handled a refund, email Support@Prototype-template.com and we will escalate it internally before you need to take it any further.
