The library is slow to load the first time: That's normal — the full guide is downloading. It only happens on the first launch or after an app reinstall.
A stream buffers on one title only: Switch to the backup feed for that stream, or message support and we'll move your line to another server.
Nothing plays after installing: Nine times out of ten the credentials were typed with a trailing space. Copy and paste them from our email instead.
It works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data: Some mobile carriers throttle streaming. A VPN on the device usually resolves it immediately.
