Privacy policy

Plain-English explanation of what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Who we are

StreamLogo Media Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales and trading as StreamLogo, operates this website and the subscription service described on it. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us by email at Support@Prototype-template.com or by post at the address at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

Contact and support forms: the name, email address and message you submit so we can reply and keep a record of the request.

Free-trial requests: your name, email address, the device you plan to watch on and any note you add.

Messages you send us directly by email, including whatever you choose to include in them.

Technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser and device type) which our hosting provider logs for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for or store payment card details on this website. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it

To answer your question or support request.

To prepare, deliver and follow up on a free trial or a subscription you asked for.

To credit referral rewards to the right person.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our access-controlled database, hosted in the EU/US by our infrastructure provider, and are readable only by our support team.

Messages you send by email stay in that conversation and are only accessible to our support team.

We keep this information for as long as we need it to support you, and we remove it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete, restrict or port the information you have sent us, and to object to how we use it. Email Support@Prototype-template.com and we will action it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you; we will keep only what we need to honour an active subscription or a refund request.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

Strictly necessary storage: we store your light/dark theme preference and your cookie choice in your browser. These are required for the site to work and are not used for advertising.

Analytics and advertising: with your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people use, and Google Ads conversion tracking (including the Google Ads remarketing tag) to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. These tools set cookies and may use device identifiers. If we add a Meta (Facebook) pixel it will be covered by the same consent choice and listed here.

Consent and control: no analytics or advertising tag loads until you press Accept on the cookie notice. You can decline with the Reject non-essential button, and you can change your mind at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer. We operate Google Consent Mode with advertising and analytics storage denied by default.

Third parties: Google receives the data collected by its tags and processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and California residents may direct us not to share it by emailing us or by rejecting non-essential cookies.

Fonts: our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. This is required to display the site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Manage your cookie choice

You can withdraw or grant consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time.
